Since updating, and with the new iTunes, where are my apps??????? The ones I have purchased? Im sure I am just being blond, but help!

The new iTunes does not sync apps to the Mac anymore.
You'll need to use the "enterprise" version of iTunes to sync apps. However, I read that it is not compatible with MacOS Mojave.

You can download/buy apps like iMazing etc that have "classic" iTunes functions. If you have the old apps already on disk, these apps will use these copies and will sync to the phone.

That said, if no copies on a computer, will need to download from iTunes on your device. And if the app is no longer in the store, out of luck.
