where are my themes stored?

I grabbed a few cool themes on Cydia and they show up in Winterboard.
Cool.

Then I grabbed one from Macthemes2 on my Mac, and don't know where to put it in my phone...
I looked in my iphone using SSH and there is no THEMES folder under library, which is where I thought I'd drag it to.

Sorry for the newbie question.

Theres a folder called Stash, and then in there its Themes.XXXXX
