Where are the Finder Sync preferences stored?

I'm having an issue with Finder not being able to find my Photo library for iOS syncing. I suspect the library pathway is corrupt so I want to try delete the preferences to see if that solves it. Anyone know where the Finder-Sync-pref file(s) are stored?

What is the issue you are seeing exactly?

The issue is resolved. I had to select “Use as system library” in Photos preferences.
