Where can I get Snow Leopard?

My Macbook is out of date, still running on 10.5. I was wondering where I could buy Snow Leopard in order for me to upgrade to mountain lion. I looked on the apple website and it wasnt on there, would they sell it in the apple shop?

If your macbook running 10.5, then I think that macbook will not be able to run mountain lion...

edit: sorry, if it's at least a late 2008 model, then it can run it.
