If you mean progress of development. You'll have to wait until the Windows for ARM exclusivity deal with Qualcomm ends. Which as far as I know is unknown, but possibly soon.

I'd expect soon after. You can buy it for any device which works with it. As ARM is looking much more viable now with Apple's adoption of it. For MS to put more effort into bringing it to market.

With so many companies suddenly looking into developing ARM CPU for desktops, laptops and servers now. It would be foolish for MS sit back and allow Linux/BSD to fill the OS void.

I have 22621.1 running, as I chose to be in the beta Insiders group. There are 2 other groups, Dev and Release Preview. Level of aggressiveness in releases at early stage are Dev, Beta, and Release Preview as you might expect. You can pick this easily, on the Windows Update page in Settings, you will see "Windows Insider" and you can pick one. I get updates of the ARM version on Windows 11 at the exact same time as everybody else is getting updates, so don't let some of the opinions about Windows ARM or Microsoft's attitude about it scare you - they are largely without merit.

You can also stay on release version too. Things are running very well under Parallels 17 from my experience. If you want an excellent forum to keep an eye of what's happening, tutorials on new features, and what's new with Windows 11, go to Windows 11 forum - https://www.elevenforum.com. They have an Insider's forum there too, and you can learn a lot about what is new and what is coming from the folks installing and testing from those 3 insiders groups, even if you choose to stay on the release version.

You can also check out the forums at Parallels - https://forum.parallels.com/#parallels-desktop-for-mac.771. There is a Windows OS Guest discussion forum, and a Parallels Desktop for Apple Silicon (M1) Mac forum to browse. These will not be as intense in Windows updates/news/features, but more about how Windows 11 is running under Parallels.

Going to both places should give you plenty to keep abreast of the latest!
