I've looked all over the Apple website and there's lots of options for feedback, on every product or the website or developer portal. However I found no place to give feedback about your physical Apple store customer experience. Maybe I missed seeing it, I don't know, but I did look for a while.

Can someone let us know where can we send feedback about our physical Apple retail store experience?

The context is I've had the same issue across multiple physical Apple retail stores and I want to give that feedback in so the issue can be solved.

There isn't a method that Apple provides to give feedback about a physical store experience via online feedback unless you receive a follow-up survey. I'm not sure they're still sending those though. The most direct approach would be to contact the store manager.

That's very disappointing considering Apple like to brag about their alleged high levels of customer satisfaction.
It looks like I will have to call up the store myself.

The reason why I prefer online methods is often the store manager does not care . . . apart from defending their employees. The managers don't want the higher ups finding out what's going on. Because that would put their neck on the chopping block. Apple is not alone here, many companies are like this.

This is why when I give feedback higher up the chain, and appropriately ensure that feedback is actioned upon, the appropriate results are achieved. A win for all customers.

An update

I called Apple up and the lady on the phone was very polite and took my feedback. She said she would pass it on to their customer relations team. I'm glad I was able to do this.

A quick online form would have been better as I didn't require someone to talk to, to give the feedback. Her time would have been better spent with people who have tech issues or other product related issues.
So my advice would be if you want to give feedback in regards to the Apple physical stores, just call Apple up. Be it good feedback or room for improvement. Since Apple don't have a more efficient way to deliver this feedback, a quick phone call gets the job done.

Really? I always thought the reverse in-store better.

Emails and feedback online can be easily CC'ed or forwarded/ not tossed out altogether

I have had many emailed with CC'ed and i hate it because no one asks me if that is ok with me.. they just assume it is.

Person-to-person has more sense to it. You know if you speak to someone it will more likely take action'ed.. because if they don't, then they will have to see it through just to get you off their backs.

They usually ask for feedback somewhere on the receipt. I worked there 10 years and we got called on a lot of issue brought up in those feed back reports. I can't remember exactly where on the receipt but I am sure it is there.

Apple doesn't have an alleged high level of customer satisfaction, they have a high level of customer satisfaction by the purveyors of those who report on such things. That doesn't mean that it is a guarantee every customer will be satisified 100% of the time, as Apple store employees are human also.

At least there is a channel to voice your opinion of what you feel wasn't very "Apple" like in your dealings with the store.

Thank you and I agree with you 100%. Mind you, that channel took a decent amount of effort to access. I was only the phone for quite a while before I got to speak to someone. A simple 2 minute online foum would have been way easier but as I found out that doesn't exist.
