Where did Safari translation service go?

Still running Mojave Version 10.14.6 (If it ain't broke, don't fix it)

Have read several articles that say that you can translate a page from, for example, French into English just by pressing the logo in the webpage toolbar window,

I don't get any logo, just occasionally a Aa thing.

Has this been disbanded?

I use the built in translation service that Chrome has. I don't remember that being available in Safari although I may have never noticed it.

As far as I know, the translation feature is available only in Safari 15.

Anyone have a tip on a good translator for Safari 13-14?
