Where did the “iPad” on the top left corner go?

The last iPad I owned was the iPad 4 and I remember it having the writing “iPad” in the left top corner. Fast forward to today and my iPad Pro doesn’t have it, did apple remove it along the way or is it just turned off somewhere in the settings?

Thanks, that was a quick reply! I kinda liked it back in the day, it reminded me of the iPods, they too had the iPod writing in the corner of the screen.

I think that change came in iOS 12 but can't be sure.
