Where has all my disk space gone?

hey

i tried searching the forums but was unable to come up with anything..

Ive recently noticed that i seem to be loosing much disk space. Is there an application i can download that will show me what files i have on my computer... the useless ones, how much room each file takes up.. etc.

Stuff like that

Any help would be greatly appreciated

oh sorry, are there any FREE applications?

Also, just earlier today when i was trying to install that Dofus game, there was a pop up from Macromedia Flash Player i believe it was, and i guess i allowed some files to be stored on my computer. What is this? and could this be the problem that is taking up all of my space? how can i get rid of it?
