In Lion, I always used the disclosure triangle to expand folders and see its content. Somehow, it seems to have disappeared in ML or at least I can't figure out where to re-enable it. Could anybody help me out?

Triangles are there, I didn't configured anything.

Thanks. I've got them too, except for the download folder, which is where I need them most.

it's a stupid setting

The window in list mode needs the view: 'arrange by' set to 'None'. If it is not then you lose the triangles. Really stupid but that's the problem. Make that change on your view of the folder and you're fixed.

Yeah, I figured that eventually. Thanks anyway!

Thanks here too, years later. I'm still stalled at 10.8.6, and never read the manual, so didn't even know the term, "disclosure triangle."
