I want to build myself the ultimative computer and I want to buy just the space gray hosuing of the newest Mac Pro...

Apple doesn't sell parts to consumers, only fully-assembled systems. If you look on eBay you might be able to find a case for the 2013 or 2012 Mac Pro (there is no 2017 Mac Pro), but it's not meant to fit standard PC parts inside and would require modding for that.

Curious what your definition of ultimate is. I don't think consumer tech has advanced to the point that you could easily shoehorn anything much more powerful into that enclosure. Yet.

As for the enclosure, yes eBay and try some of the independent mac authorized service centers. Hope you're sitting down when you see replacement parts prices.
