Hello!
My mac pro is modify 4.1 to 5.1 6-core i7 980x\radeon 5770\16gb ddr3 non-ecc.
I don't have the OEM disk, which is why I was looking for a disk image. I have the problem of my machine. Where can I download Apple Hardware Test for mac pro 2009-2010?

Thanks!

Thank you h9826790.

The downloads for Mac Pro 4,1 and 5,1 appear to be identical.

I used this link to unhide hidden files, created the '.diagnostics' hidden folder in System->Library->Core Services, moved the downloaded files into that directory, re-hid the files using that link and restarted holding the 'D' key.

The diagnostics ran fine:

My Mac Pro is a 2009 flashed from 4,1 to 5,1 with upgraded CPUs. I'm using Mavericks 10.9.3.
