iPad Pro Where is Battery Health?

On my iPhone there is a Settings/Battery/Battery Health...on my iPad Pro there is not - see picture. This started with iOS 12. What is going on, how can I get it back?

What model iPad to you have? I have the iPad Pro 10.5 and it's not there.
