Both of those are on the BigBoss & Iphones repo.

I just checked.

thanks i found it...btw just wanted to know, is there any program that can kill apps processes running in the background to save battery power?

Maybe try removing it if it didnt install properly then restart the phone and try it again.
Also remove bossprefs if you have that installed and then try installing Sbsettings on their own. I dont know if the 2 play well together.

I tried to install sbsettings but cydia giving me many errors and i cannot install the program...help

We can't help without knowing the error messages. Try again and tell us what it says?

I tried uninstalling everything first, when i uninstall BigBoss repo it says "BigBoss source. subprocess /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)"

Why would you uninstall the BigBoss source? That doesn't make any sense. Can you go back into Cydia, make sure the BigBoss repo is installed, then try to install SBSettings and tell us what error codes that returns? And stop messing with things until we figure out what's going on. If you go about uninstalling things willy-nilly without knowing what you're doing, you could really F* up your phone.

Yes, slooooow down and take a deep breath. There are people that can help, but we need to be a little more methodical!

I didnt uninstall BigBoss source. I had installed hackulous, maybe that was causing the problem, so i uninstalled it. Now i installed sbsettings sucessfully, but when i slide my finger across the screen nothing comes up....any help?

Well, SBSettings is now working...now when i swipe my finger across the screen the menu appears. I just had to reinstall sbsettings toggle. Thank you everybody for your help.
