I think is a VoIP application.

This one is actually a MUST for me. This is MY killer application. I currently own a Nokia N95 and one of the reasons I bought it is because of the integrated SIP client.

I really need to have a SIP client for the iPhone! Has anyone found any besides iCall that doesn't seem to be there?

Fring lets you make VOIP calls. Although your iphone needs to be jailbroken to use it.
