Where is iOS 18.1 recalling an email address?

iOS 18.1, iPhone15 Pro Max:
I have changed my Apple ID. When iOS sees a blank for an email address instead of the new email address, iOS 18.1 continues to offer the old address (work). I have forgotten where i set up the (work) email address. There is another (home) email, so i want to change both work and home. Does anyone remember where this is set?

Check the information in your contact. I also recently changed my ID and it kept suggesting the old one until I realized where it was getting it from.
