Where is iphone 3.0 firmware for download?

I am attempting to Jailbreak my iphone 3g and I tried downloading the 3.0 software needed to jailbreak my phone from a number of different sites.

Nothing looks like ipsw file that is actually needed. Attached is a picture of what I see when I unzip.

Can someone please advise.

Don't unzip it.
If you got the file as xxx.ipsw.zip then simply remove the .zip extension.
