Where is my 3rd party app icon?

I just unlocked my 1.1.3 iphone by using iJailBreak.
And I downloaded a dictionary application from the Installer.
But after that I didn't see the app. icon on my Homepage.
Where can I find the application?
Or Is there any other steps I should take before I can access the application?
