Where is my movie?

Hi All, just wondered if someone might shed some light on where my Apple TV movie rental has gone.. The Apple TV crashed and I reset only to find my movie rental had gone.. I have the latest apple TV so it was a streaming movie.. Basically it was as if I had never bought the movie.. Odd..

My only suggestion would be that you contact iTunes store support to have your account credited for an unusable purchase. I've never actually had to do that, but I'm assuming that if you get in contact with them and explain the issue, they should be able to do something about it.

Thanks for the reply.. I'd just finished saying 'it just works' to my wife when the movie vanished
