I had reason to look for a deleted email today but can't, for the life of me, find the trash folder. To be honest, I don't recall ever having seen it since I started using Virgin email a couple of months ago. Can anyone help. I'm running Catalina 10.15.7.

Thanks for the reply. I am running ntlworld.com which is now known as Virgin email. I haven't used it for years, as I had Webmail on my website (currently disabled for overdue upgrade). Virgin took over from ntl, years ago. I was just about to go onto My Virgin Media to ask them.

Using a webmail-like site, your emails are not going to be stored on your mac. Only using a client and a POP (point of presence) account will emails download to your hard drive. There should be a TRASH or DELETED ITEMS folder on the webmail site
