Uh.

Where is Siri in settings now?

Have never had an issue finding her in settings?

I hate that Siri punk. He kept calling me "beautiful"! What the hell was that all about!? Not only was it a wise ass but it was totally useless as well.

So as it stands.. I have to clean install to get Siri back.. thats one hell of a bug..
Have you tried resetting network settings or all settings? Have you checked restrictions in case something got changed there somehow?

haha, you (or maybe someone else?) once asked Siri to call you 'beautiful'? Siri uses the nickname-field of your contact info for this. It's worth to check your card in the Contacts app.

No you don't...

I had this issue as well and went into Restrictions and turned it on. I then hid Siri and rebooted. Go back and reverse the process and it showed up. Weird bug for sure...

oh really? damn.. wish i knew that before lol

Ha, sorry I didn't catch the thread sooner. It seems that the control gets hidden. Going into restrictions and toggling it fixed it for me. Oh well, hopefully someone else will see this thread if they have the issue.
