So I am using this app called MacBooster to try to delete stuff I don't need and free up disk space. Take a look at the screenshot. It is showing only 155 GB of space but my hard drive is 256 GB. I understand it may not be showing everything like system files etc. but there's a whole 100 GB that is unaccounted for. Can someone help me, please?

Because you've been deleting things to make space, have you emptied the trash as well, or is this related to your other thread about deleting Fusion?

The way I read it, you are using 155GB and this tool is showing the 155GB in use.

And per the user manual for this program, that function only scans your home folder. So not seeing how much /Applications or OS is taking up (which could be up to about 12GB for OS).

Basically, program is doing as advertised: your personal data/files is chewing up 155GB and that function will not report any other usage on the machine unless you change the parameters.

However, you can manually click the Add Folder button to add more folders to scan or click the Clear List button to get a fresh start.

That "utility" is showing 155 GB space used by what it calls "Large & Old Files", not all the space used on the drive.
And clicking on that item (as your screen shot shows) it appears that the utility thinks that you have "movies" that take up 116.8 GB of space on your drive. You could start there by clicking on Movies, which should show you a list of various movies/video files that are stored on your drive. You can delete some, or all, of those. I don't know if the utility simply puts those in your trash, and you need to empty the trash to actually get rid of the files... or, it removes those files directly, and you are done. That will get a lot of your free space back.
But, how much space do you need to free up? If your storage drive is 256 MB, then I suggest that you should have at least 15% free space (just my opinion), or at least 10% free space in normal use.

Finally, as suggested above, the Macbooster utility can be deleted, and you CAN use a utility that is known to be useful (and safe), such as the mentioned "Daisy Disk", which will actually be helpful without needing to pay for that help.

Are you using Time Machine by any chance? It might be that it’s making some local snapshots, which take up space even if the about screen doesn’t show it.

This will do it better for you, and it's free:
Download DiskWave from here:
It's small in size and free.

Open DiskWave and go to the preferences.
Put a checkmark in "show invisible files".
Close preferences.

The DiskWave window shows you all your drives in plain English (no ridiculous graphical formats).
Click on any drive.
Now, you'll see what's ON the drive, listed in order of "largest to smallest".
You can easily locate what's eating up your space.
