Where is the Installer?

Since I have a lot of Macs in the house I would either make a flash drive or save the dmg and drop it on the other Macs. Is this still possible?

for me not. I dont see the installer in the application folder as before Catalina.
other users reports they have the installer inside the application folder

I downloaded the installer from the MAS and it is in my apps folder. As mentioned, some users have noted it wasn't there after downloading.

You'd have to grab the installer before running it. It will get deleted once used, not trashed. It would be in top level applications. At one time it was in the ~/ user's own section and an application folder created.

everything works! it show after download is finished.
the download was very slow and I was wondering, because I know from Mojave 100% it was available during downloading.
