Where is the Logic Pro and Final Cut Pro BigSur updates?

Big sur is coming out Nov 12 yet these 2 Apps didn't receive an update to be be fully compatible with Big Sur, How is this possible?
I saw Final Cut and Logic with new icons on their website just now on the Macbook Pro 13 inch page but wheres the actual update?

Will the new updates be only compatible/available for Big Sur users or also for Catalina users?

Apple has always made updates for at least 3-4 versions.... likely Mojave.
