Where is the PS3 Trackpad App!?

This device is the perfect platform to be the ultimate home theater remote with a little bit of additional hardware.

But even simpler than that where is the app to make the iPad a remote for the PS3 over Bluetooth and a trackpad for the PS3's web browser!?

This would be a app worth paying for.
