Where is the tethering option in iOS5?

I have tethering added to my ATT iphone 4 and now with iOS 5 I cannot find the tethering option.

I believe it is under general settings then its under cell data or something. I dunno I sold my 3gs this week and I am waiting on my 4s. It is there though, because I saw it on my 3gs running iOS 5

Check General -> Network -> Personal Hotspot

It was gone. had to reset the network settings and it came back.

Resetting network settings gave me back my personal hotspot too.

Umm, I still can't see the personal hotspot after resetting network setting...

This is how I got it back.

Reset Network Settings.

Then go to General, Network, Personal Hotspot and then turn it on and then back off.

It then becomes active on your main screen like it was before.

Personal Hotspot no longer appears on my 3GS under iOS 5.
