Where might I get a clock with this type of display

I've been searching the internet for this iOS clock face but just don't seem able to find any information. Where can I find and download, (for an unjailbroken iphone x), this type of face with the hours sitting above the minutes?

eg 13:53 would show as

13
53

There are hundreds of clock apps, you could probably find one that does this.
 
isn't this the Apple watch X-large face?

It shows and addintional ":" ... but close

I saw that on Samsung phones, especially on "Always On" display.

But you are still a little bit unclear. You need to be more precise.
