Where to buy an iPad in NY now??

A friend of mine is going to buy an iPad and send me it to Spain. The question is: where to buy it in New York?? Do the apple stores have them in stock?? May be Best buy??

I heard that if you go to an Apple store and they're out of stock they can put you on a "reserved" list for when they do get more stock.

Where in NY, it's a pretty big state.

If you mean New York City, the 5th Ave Apple Store (and probably others then) had 64GB iPad's in stock late last week.

Go to apple.com, find your local store, you can reserve the iPad and then go in store to pick it up when available. They get shipments a few times a week
