iPhone SE (2016) where to buy genuine iPhone se unlocked

Hi So i bought an SE on ebay for a parental unit and while it looks great in hand, you can tell the display is not genuine. There's a tan tint on the phone top of the display and its kinda blurry actually. So Where can I buy an unlocked 64 gb iphone se, pink? It needs to be GSM Unlocked for mint mobile (carrier) since they pay $15 per month with small amount of data.
