Is there anywhere one could buy a legitimate, brand new iPad Air 3 here in 2021?

I want the fastest (most future proof) iPad I can get with a headphone jack.

The iPad Mini 5 and 8th generation iPad are the same speed as the Air 3 so one of those is likely to be a much easier option to find than the Air 3. iPads of all kinds are in pretty short supply but at least the mini 5 and 8th generation iPads are still current models.

Yeah, that's probably my last resort.

The Air 3 has a larger 10.5 laminated screen with slightly better colour reproduction and touch tone. The Ipad 8 has a 10.2 non laminated screen without touch tone. Apart from this the devices are identical in terms of performance (both have A12 and 3 gb RAM) and features like the headphone jack.

Your best bet at this point is Swappa, maybe even Amazon. I doubt we'll see Apple list any refurbished Air 3 models.
