Now seeing that there are HD's with higher capacity and the correct form factor i was wondering where I could pick one of these bad boys up to upgrade my lappy

So we cant use the newer HD in the older Airs ? How about the SSD drives can we swap out the regular HD for the new SSD ?

Below are the specs for 80GB HS082HB/A. This is the biggest capacity HD that will fit is the Air Unless you go SSD.

who makes the current 120gb hd for the ipod classic? is that samsung also? because as I believe someone attempted to use that hd in his air because it had the 1.8 inch 5mm form factor, the only reason it failed was because he couldnt get it to format. If i bought a clean hd from the manufacturer i feel like this would be less of an issue
