Where to Buy Pencil Top/Cover Replacement?

I can't find the top cover that covers the lightning charger port. I don't apple sells it separately. Any help appreciated.

I read in another post that if you call Apple they do have replacement caps for sale. They just do not list them on their website.

I have those and love them - sometimes going between iPad and iPhone I wonder why the pencil doesn't work on the phone (doh). Just flip it around and you have a capacitive stylus.
