Personally I have an order in with Apple and Macmall, and will cancel one of them when the other ships.

I have an order through Apple. I have checked the Apple Store and Best Buy pretty much daily, and nothing has shown up. In fact, yesterday, the Apple Store told me they have not received any stock for a while now, and Best Buy says they have zero on order. Between that, and what I see on here, it seems as though the pencil is just not available anywhere until late this month early next.

.... that was sarcastic? I actually reported this thread. It was very annoying to see how it switched tone to talk about scalping. That's... I don't like how sarcasm was used here.
