Where to find FileMaker 16

I upgraded to Mojave and FileMaker 14 no longer works.

I cannot get FileMaker 17, as it does not work with Filemaker 14 Server, which is what my company is running. They are not going to upgrade. The oldest version of FileMaker that I can use that supports Server 14 and Mojave is 16.

Can anyone suggest a reliable place to purchase and download (no disc access on my MacBook) a version of FileMaker 16 since it appears that FileMaker no longer sells the older version.
