Where to find proper IT Managers (Mac) in Dubai

I have been for months desperately looking for a Mac IT guy to hire for a post in Dubai,

You must not be offering enough pay. Not many people are willing to relocate to another country to work. Those that do expect a massive upgrade in pay.

Are you looking to hire someone outside of Dubai, sponsor them and bring them to Dubai, or are you looking for someone who is currently in Dubai?

If you are looking for someone who is currently in Dubai, remember that it will probably be an expatriate, so may have restrictions on moving sponsor/employer. Also the level of Mac penetration throughout the Arabian Gulf is extremely low, so it will be very difficult locating someone with the exposure you need.

I would also suggest contacting Future Media Concepts/ADMS in Education City or Media City, I can't remember which. They are Apple trainers for the region and may be able to put you in contact with someone who could help.
