Where to get 9.3.3

Id like to update to 9.3.3 but cant find where/how to do it. Im on 9.2 and having some wicked JB issues so i figure upgrading can eliminate that issue.

Im sure there is a write up but i couldnt find anything searching and dont want to miss the window of apple still signing it

Download the ios version for your device from here:
https://ipsw.me/
Then plug it to itunes, hold down the shift or option button and hit restore.
Then itunes will let you select the .ipsw file you downloaded.
