Where to get AT&T Carrier 5.0 via safari?

I tried the benmhelp ipcc file to enable tethering and it did not work. I just have an option now to Set Up Internet Tethering, and when i click it says to contact AT&T...

Just continue on, accept whatever warnings it gives you, you should have a slider button available to activate the modem...

att 5.0 was already included, try another .ipcc
