I'm planning to buy pc version of radeon 7970 and sell my 7950 mac edition. I just want to know is there any place where i can download 100 % working mac bios flash to 7970? And what models are supported? And if i don't flash the card is it still working properly at osx and bootcamp with pci-e 2.0 speed?

As far as I am aware, the 7970 will be PCIE 1.0 whether it is flashed or not (unless you pay someone like MacVidcards to do the necessary work for you).

If you read down on the advert, he says he does ship internationally but you are responsible for customs duties and VAT.
The Card you reference is running at PCIe speed 2.0 (5GT/s) and TMK runs at full 2.0 speed in Bootcamp.
