My A1707 has flex cable issues. I really need to replace it but can't find a reliable place where I can be sure the replacement screen they're selling is all Apple original. Still I need it to cost as little as possible. Any recommendation?
Good idea but, I don't see one on their site.Have you tried ifixit?

That's odd, they usually have several parts in stock, even if 3rd party and not OEM.Good idea but, I don't see one on their site.
If you would, check behind me in case I missed it. I looked twice. That's odd, they usually have several parts in stock, even if 3rd party and not OEM.
You are correct. I just did a check for the '16 MBP and there are not display flex cables. I see stuff for the touch bar, antennas and other devices, but nothing for the display. If you would, check behind me in case I missed it. I looked twice.

The link is for A1398 but I'm sure I can find a flex for A1707, but afaik replacing just the cable can be really messy or impossible...
