My dad really wants an Apple TV this Christmas and though I've set aside a $200 X-Mas Gift budget for 8 people, I think I may budge and get him the Apple TV.

My discount at work takes off $7 on the AppleTV, which pretty much takes off taxes. For $93, I may be down.

I know this is somewhat a ridiculous thread to start but in all honesty, seeing as I may get this device, I'd feel more accomplished knowing I purchased it for the lowest price I could find.

If anyone can steer myself, and perhaps others, in a frugal direction I would truly appreciate it.

Thanks!

Even Amazon is $99 (free ship/no state tax). Not looking good for a lower price anywhere.

Keep a eye on craigslist. I saw one a couple weeks ago for 75 and I would have bought it if I didn't already have 2.

Mac Connection was selling them for $79 on Black Friday but that's been the only discount I have seen. They were probably selling it as a loss leader because there was a limit of 1 per customer and they sold out quick.
