Where's your dock?

Bottom, left or right? I can't decide where I like it best. How about you???

Bottom. On my old G4 and G5 systems I had it on the left side of the screen but as soon as I got a 23" monitor for the G5 started using the bottom and when I got the iMac 27" I saw no reason to move from the bottom.

I always used to keep my Dock on the left for additional vertical space, but the display on the 27" iMac is so large that the left edge seems to be very far. So far I've left the Dock in the bottom due to this, but I might later switch back to left…

can't really put it the right cause i have dual monitors - it'll make the dock all the way to the right...

can't really put it to the left cause i make the mouse crossover to control my laptop using synergy if i move the mouse to the left edge of the screen

I have tried both sides as well as hidden and I still like the dock being shown and at the bottom of the screen.

I have it hidden on the bottom, I rarely use it for anything. I always do command space and open spotlight then type 2-3 letters for whatever app and press enter... way faster than anything else!
