I want to replace the stock hard drive in my Rev 1 MacBook with a 250GB model. The ones that appear to be readily available here are the Western Digital Scorpio WD2500BEVS and Samsung Spinpoint M5S HM250IJ. Both are about the same price, and I'm having a hard time deciding between the two.

I know the WD is slightly more quiet, and the Samsung is slightly faster. No idea about relative power consumption, which is among the most important factors to me.

Anyone have any thoughts on how these two compare. Are there any other drives or factors I'm missing? Thanks!
