Please help me decide which 2017, 27' iMac to order.
I plan to order with 16gb ram and 512 SSD, my question is if I will be ok with the lowest configuration 570 graphic card or should I upgrade that too, to the 575 or even 580.
I do not do any kinds of graphics or video editing etc. just regular office work but with many browser windows, tabs, and other office work related programs open at the same time and I do not want to experience any slow or stuttering on the screen for the next 3 years.

thanks for your recommendation.

You'll be more than fine with the lowest config. The GPU is about as good as the previous generations top GPU. Don't pay apple for the RAM, buy it on your own - its easy to install.

Since you are just doing basic computer work and no gaming or graphics, then you will be more than happy with the base 3.4...even then....

FYI, I am a photographer and just ordered the base config 27" with the 512gb SSD.

For what you are doing at the moment, this config seems to be more than adequate. Question is few years down the road, do you foresee using the iMac for other purposes e.g VR related work, photo/video editing?
