Which app installer to use with the iphonesimfree method?

Sorry if this has already been answered, but after searching, I couldn't come up with a specific answer...

I'm planning to buy an iphone, pay the $60, and use iphonesimfree.com to unlock and jailbreak it. Hopefully this will be with 1.1.1.

So which app installer should I use after I jailbreak it?

Is there only one that works with the iphonesimfree method, or can I use any installer?
