Which apps - not availible on iTunes store - would you love to have?

For me: (1) poker (poker stars/full tilt etc, for real money)
(2) app which allows you to watch flash
(3) magazine apps (perhaps better to wait for iPad)

I've tried Zinio on the iPod Touch. It's a good app and a good idea, but reading a magazine on a screen that small is awful. Yeah, waiting for the iPad is a good idea.

When all of this is available, then I'll move off of 3.1.2 JB on my 3Gs (tethered, but no big deal), or I'll buy the new '4G'.

Other than all this being available via iTunes, I'm pretty happy staying 'status quo'.
