I’d like to get a Bluetooth dongle free mouse but I’m reading lots of problems on this forum so I was wondering if we have a list of confirmed 100% working BT mice on the m1 mba/mbp’s? Considering the Magic Mouse 2 or any of the Logitech mice

Microsoft Surface Mobile (a.k.a. Modern Mobile I think) works and has a nifty magnetic battery door.

The problem for me is that the only mouse to offer anything like smooth scrolling is the Apple magic Mouse 2. I have a Mac Mini but I Imagine the track pad on the laptops scrolls smoothly too. Every other mouse has notchy scrolling when turning the mouse scroll wheel. One jerk for each notch. On Windows I am able to achieve smooth scrolling even with a notchy scroll wheel.

logitech M720 does not work
nor the apple keyboard
My logitech M720 paired with my pro M1. It did take a few tries. Strange behaviour at first, seems to pair and quickly unpair, but I kept starting from scratch (i.e. turn off Mac bluetooth, turn off mouse, turn on mouse, hold down button to start pairing, turn on Mac bluetooth) and eventually it paired. Now auto pairs and works fine.

First I had started MBA M1 as a new install, next day connected trackpad gen. 2 which worked flawlessly. Then I migrated my old MBP 15 and all desktop devices worked from scratch:
trackpad, magic mouse gen. 2 and magic keyboard gen. 2 (small), as well as MS designer mouse. I did not try designer keyboard, but it has been previously annoying on MBP (long wake-ups).
Yesterday my magic keyboard went lagging, but after power off and reconnecting seems to work well.
I am considering to try MS Arc mouse for outdoor use, but I don’t have one and I don’t want to invest blind.
Macbook Air, 8|8|500.
Edit: magic mouse presens random disconnections. Reconnecting per se after use of trackpad. Trackpad and keyboard working flawlessly, two hours of text editing in MS Word and some light Excel work, Sidecar with iPad Air 3rd gen. enabled.

I'm using Logitech Mx Master 3 on my 13" M1 MBPro and it is working great. Just got it today. I wish I would have ditched my Magic Mouse a long time ago.

So I ended up buying the Logitech M720 Triathlon mouse, seems to work fine, no issues pairing on MacOS 11.1

There is an updated Logitech Options software to download in order to reprogram your mouses buttons and functionality, worked with no issues

I have been using Logitech MX Keys and M720 over Bluetooth since I got my M1 MBP. No issues.
M720 disconnects from Bluetooth when my MacBook Pro M1 Pro goes to sleep. It requires reconnecting, deleting the old one that shows as disconnected. Log Options+ doesn't support it yet and I can't find another multi-connection mouse that's supported, so I guess I'm stuck waiting for the problem to be solved.

I have a chinese called DELUX M618 mini ergonomic and works pretty well, quite cheap also. Magic mouse 1 was a battery eater and even if it worked more than fine the battery drainage was a nightmare
