I think iOS 11 is a lot more tablet centric with its overall changes, but some people don’t think iPad needs fixing, or that iOS 11 doesn’t go far enough even with all the changes, or just value changes on their phone more, or they’re pumped about new hardware shipping with iOS 11 out of the box,

So a poll :D

Both, but iPad. I think it brings some cool things to the iPhone, but it's totally changed the way I use my iPad (for the better). I've been saying for years that iOS was a terrible choice for the iPad, especially since they wanted to frame it as the laptop killer. iOS 11, while still not completely there, is a very welcome change, which is exciting to see.

From a productivity standpoint, I still don't understand why the iPad never had its own iOS, seems rather lazy for it just to be a beefed up ginormous iPhone.

iPad without a doubt. The main new stuff for iPhone that

some people don’t think iPad needs fixing

The elegant thing about the multitasking improvements in the iPad is that it really barely affects people who don’t want or need it. For the rest of us, it’s a good step up.

Been running the iPad beta since pb2, it's a game changer on the iPad. A superb update.

The iPhone update is kind of meh, been on it since pb6, the only reason I updated was for parity with my iPad really. The control centre is a big improvement, otherwise it feels like a minor update. I'm not complaining, it was the iPad that was in desperate need of a major update imo, not the phone.

iOS 11 is mainly focused on iPad this year so...ipad for me as well. iOS 11 on iPhone feel not really a big update for me but on the iPad its a whole new story with new multitasking mechanics that literally revive my interest and joy to use my iPad again.

At first I was mainly excited just about the iPad. I have the beta on my iPad Pro but took it off the iPhone because I don’t love it on the 7+. That said, it seems like the iPad improvements are going to be integrated into the iPhone X, which has gotten me pretty excited about iOS 11 on the phones

I'm slightly more excited for iOS 11 on my iPad. I got to play around with iOS 11 on my 7 over the summer during the PB. But I'm eagerly awaiting how it will operate on the iPad.

iPad at the moment though the gesture based control of the iPhone does look promising :) - though I'm not sure how swiping up vs pressing the home button will scale up to a plus sized model...
