Liquid retina display is cool. It is good for reading, good for working etc etc. But is it also better for watching videos and movies? I agree that Super Retina display is good for watching movies. But excluding Super retina displays, lets compare just Standard retina display and Liquid Retina display. Which among these two displays (Standard Retina & Liquid Retina) is good for watching videos and Movies?

Not sure if it makes a difference on a small size screen less than 16 inches. Better invest on a OLED TV with an Apple TV.

Isn't "liquid retina" only a marketing term for "round corners"?

The best display for movies should be the mini-LED displays of the most recent Macbooks Pro. That is, assuming your movies are in HDR. Otherwise there may be very little difference.
