Which emergency battery do you use for iMac in case of outage?

It has 4.6 out of 5 rating. That's a good rating. Yes there is one particularly bad review listed on the first page, but it's an outlier.

I've used that particular unit myself for about two years with no issues. It just needs to run things long enough for you to safely shut down in an outage, and it shows up in the Energy Saver with no drivers necessary.

I use an APC 700. Been doing so for ten years and only changed the battery once, about two years ago.
