Hello,
I am confused, I want to purchase an after market high performance internal hard drive for my first gen macbook intel core duo 2.0 gHz laptop.

What size?
What type of connections?
anything else I need to know?

Thanks
Chris

I'm not a "Mac Genius", yet a whole bunch of red flags were raised in my mind when you asked "What Size". Such tech specs are specified in the manual that was packaged with your computer. Nevertheless, please note if you do replace an internal hard drive, especially the main boot drive, you will need to reinstall everything -- and I do mean that as in Life, the Universe and EVERYTHING!

Take care here ...

By the bye -- might need to consider if the power supply of your notebook can handle that after market high performance hard drive. Also, if it is even possible to replace the hard drive in your machine without extreme difficulty.
